Orchid Aesthetics takes great pride in offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.

The consultation fee with Dr. Kerns weekdays is $150 for new clients and $75 for follow-up, weekends is $250 for new clients and $125 for follow up. The fee can be waived with treatment, as part of customer loyalty program or at the discretion of the doctor.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us, however, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice for cancellations, 48 hours notice on packages or you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment.

Appointments scheduled for services or consultations that same day will be considered confirmed and payment processed in advance. Please be advised that Orchid Aesthetics cannot honor a request for a refund under any circumstance.
