Orchid Aesthetics takes great pride in offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
The regular consultation fee with Dr. Kerns is $75. The fee can be waived at the Dr.’s discretion only or can be applied towards services booked at the time of the consultation. Occasionally, the Dr. is available for a twenty (20) minutes complimentary consultation.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us, however, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice for cancellations, 48 hours notice on packages or you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled treatment.
Any late cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a $25 fee. Any no show will forfeit the treatment if part of a pre-paid package, or incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Only a one time per customer cancellation with a Dr.’s note is acceptable without incurring a fee.
Appointments scheduled for services or consultations that same day will be considered confirmed and payment processed in advance. Please be advised that Orchid Aesthetics cannot honor a request for a refund under any circumstance.

- We limit access to your personal and health information to employees having a reasonable need to access this information who provide services to you. Employees who misuse information are subject to disciplinary action, including termination.

The personal and health information you provide during registration and bill entry will not be disclosed to third parties but rather will be used for negotiations and to identify you and contact you related to negotiation outcomes. Your information will only be made available to you, and Orchid Aesthetics. In the event personal information must be disclosed to judicial or other government agencies subject to laws, statutes, warrants, subpoenas, or other governmental orders, Orchid Aesthetics shall disclose only such part of the personal Information as is specifically required by the terms of such legal order.
