Her affiliations include the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery and the American Medical Association. Dr. Kerns trained in New York City, at a major teaching hospital of Columbia University and at the teaching hospital for Tufts University, in Boston. Dr. Kerns completed a curriculum in Cosmetic Acupuncture/Mei Zen system at The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine, NJ. Dr. Kerns is a diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology and a member of the American board of Medical Specialty.
